Professional Photos
Once your property is ready for presentation, I will have professional photos taken. They will be high quality resolution and ready to be virtually enhanced should we feel it necessary. The 4 photos below are from a 2 bedroom condo at DaVinci Condominium in Coral Gables that I listed and sold last year!!
Virtual Staging
Once we have professional photos of your property, I can have them virtually staged to enhance the visual to prospective buyers. Giving buyers the opportunity to see a space with furniture will greatly improve the odds of securing an appointment for showing!! Below are the same photos from above.

Day to Dusk Photography
I have a saying that I tell my associates over and over again — "Every person wants to come home to their own little piece of paradise." It can range from a backyard with a garden to a classy decorated terrace with sunset views. We can create this visual for the buyer!!
Virtual Remodeling
In cases where your property may need minimal to substantial remodeling, we can create this visual for the buyer through the virtual remodeling process. It can be as simple as flooring and paint or as complex as the entire property, including the outdoors. These photos will be on display in the home throughout the listing process and made available to potential buyers during showings and open houses. For the below remodel, I went with an ash plank flooring and very light blue tones on the walls to get it ready for some contemporary furnishings!!
