I always tell my buyers — "Go find the money and then we will go shopping." Meaning: take the time to do a solid pre-approval with your bank or preferred lender. Come see me after! If you need recommendations — call me!
Targeted Home Search
I will curate listings that match your criteria — not just what's on Zillow. I will introduce you to any "off-market" opportunities as well!
Tour & Evaluate
We will tour properties together where I will share with you my honest insight and thoughts on what we are looking at. I will teach you my thought process about "removing obstacles" and omit properties on our list and why.
Offer & Negotiate
I am very specific on how I submit my offers. I know what listing agents are looking for and I want to make sure we get you into the "property of your dreams!" "Working the numbers" is the easy part.
Inspections & Due Diligence
I will coordinate inspections, review disclosures, and flag anything that could affect your decision — before you're committed. I will educate you on the "escape routes" of a sales contract "just in case".
Close & Get Your Keys
This can always be a stressful time for buyers — if you have the wrong agent, then yes. With me — no! You will be well aware of the possible "closing day blues" that can pop up. However, I will have you ready!
